What vehicle types are available?
We offer Black Sedan (up to 3 passengers), Black SUV (up to 6 passengers), and Black EV (eco-friendly luxury, up to 4 passengers). All vehicles are late-model (2018+) and professionally maintained.
Can I schedule a ride in advance?
Yes! You can schedule rides up to 30 days in advance. Great for airport transfers, meetings, and events. You can also request a preferred driver if available.
How does split pay work?
After your trip, you can invite other passengers to split the fare equally, by percentage, or by fixed amount. Each participant gets a payment request and can accept or decline.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies are set by your local operator. Typically, cancellations within 2 minutes are free. After that, a cancellation fee may apply. Check the quote screen for details specific to your operator.
For Drivers
How do I sign up as a driver?
Download the driver app, create an account, and complete the onboarding process. You'll need to upload your driver's license, insurance, and vehicle registration. Our OCR system will auto-fill your information. Background check and vehicle inspection required.
What are the vehicle requirements?
Vehicles must be 2018 or newer, in excellent condition, with leather interior. Accepted categories: luxury sedan (BMW 5-Series+), luxury SUV (Escalade-class), or premium EV (Tesla Model S+). Monthly inspections required.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are processed after trips reach "Completely Settled" status (funds received by platform). Weekly automatic payouts are standard, with on-demand cash-out available for a small fee. All payout details visible in the driver app.
Can I drive for multiple operators?
Yes! UrWay Dispatch supports multi-tenant driver concurrency. You can be active on multiple operator tenants simultaneously with separate profiles, earnings, and ratings for each.
For Operators
How quickly can I launch?
Most operators launch within 3-5 business days. We provision your tenant, configure branding and pricing, set up payment processing, and onboard your drivers. Enterprise setups with custom integrations may take 2-3 weeks.
Can I use my own payment processor?
Yes! We support Bring Your Own Processor (BYOP). Funds settle directly to your bank account. PaySurity is available as an optional integrated processor, but it's never required.
Is my data isolated from other operators?
Absolutely. UrWay Dispatch uses PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) for complete tenant isolation. Your data is never accessible to other operators, and every query is scoped to your tenant_id.
What reporting is available?
The operator dashboard provides real-time analytics including revenue, trip volume, driver utilization, customer satisfaction scores, and compliance status. CSV/PDF exports available for accounting and tax purposes.
