By accessing or using the UrWay Dispatch platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by UrWay Dispatch, a PaySurity vertical.
UrWay Dispatch is a multi-tenant transportation technology platform that connects riders with licensed transportation providers ("Operators") and their affiliated drivers. UrWay Dispatch does not provide transportation services directly; it provides the technology platform used by Operators.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Riders agree to: (a) provide accurate pickup/dropoff information, (b) be present at the pickup location at the agreed time, (c) treat drivers and vehicles with respect, (d) pay the quoted fare plus any applicable fees (cancellation, no-show, wait time, gratuity), and (e) comply with all applicable laws.
Drivers agree to: (a) maintain valid licenses, insurance, and credentials, (b) operate vehicles that meet platform standards, (c) provide professional service, (d) comply with all local transportation regulations, and (e) not discriminate against riders.
Operators are responsible for: (a) their drivers and fleet, (b) setting pricing within platform guidelines, (c) maintaining proper business licenses, (d) compliance with local transportation laws, and (e) paying platform fees per their subscription agreement.
Payment processing is handled through the Operator's chosen payment provider. Fares are quoted upfront and may be subject to adjustment for route changes, wait time, or tolls. Settlement and payout schedules are determined by the Operator's configuration.
Cancellation and no-show policies are set by each Operator and displayed at booking time. Fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows as specified in the fare quote.
UrWay Dispatch provides the technology platform only and is not liable for the acts or omissions of Operators, drivers, or riders. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrWay Dispatch's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific transaction in question.
Disputes between riders and Operators should first be addressed through the in-app dispute system. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to UrWay Dispatch support. All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
